In conjunction with the five-day X-Roads of the Rockies event, you will be provided with over 3000 miles of locally curated, GPS mapped trail accessible only for this event. Trails are available for all skill levels and bike classes (Dirt, Dual-sport, and ADV) and traverse some of the most beautiful scenery the country has to offer. Ascend and conquer the Rockies as if you were a local! You choose your adventure from the selection of over 25 trail loops available, so you can ride new trail every day, or revisit memorable sections. All trails begin and loop back to the Chaffee County Fairgrounds in Salida, Colorado, where event festivities are located to immerse you in the experiential camaraderie one expects at a remarkable opportunity like this
Single Track
Ride The Rainbow Trail, a 120+ mile loop considered to be the longest continuous single track in the country. Along with three 100 Mile loops, 65, 49 and 35 miles loops that only the “locals” know about. Bring your “A game” though because this will be some of the most technical single track Colorado has to offer.
Dualsport
With 8 loops to choose from you can mix and match epic single track and fun flowing 2-track for the ultimate dualsport adventure. With more 14,000′ peaks and passes than any where else in the country, Chaffee County is known as the Mecca of offroad riding. Challenge yourself or bring your fishing rod and relax by a lake. The choice is yours.
Adventure
Ride Mosquito Pass, the highest pass in North America. Challenge yourself on Medano Pass or the Continental Divide loop that includes Tincup Pass. Or take it easy and enjoy the amazing scenery Colorado has to offer as you explore old mining towns, high altitude lakes and some of the best Adventure riding this beautiful area has to offer.
